The room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions in the local language. We also appreciated the good location, being able to easily access the subway and explore the surrounding area.
The hotel was not centrally located or easily accessible to the touristy parts of the city. We had to rely on taxis or tuk-tuks to get around, which added extra travel time and expense.

The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was very helpful. Even though I arrived after the front desk closed, they made sure I had a key and checked in smoothly. The location was also convenient, with the sky train station just a 5-minute walk away. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit various attractions during my stay. the breakfast provided was excellent and offered a variety of options to choose from.
They did have a sister hotel nearby that could assist guests in their absence. This information was not clearly communicated to us until our last day, which could have been more convenient to know earlier.
